Building the TARDIS, 25th July 2004, by Chuck Foster
If there was anything that cemented the return of Doctor Who, it is the appearance of the TARDIS! Whilst rehearsals were taking place outside "No 10", round the corner was a hive of activity in constructing the new-look police box for the series. What was surprising though was that they put it all together, and then didn't actually use it during the evening! Whether it was meant to be used and they ran out of time, or whether it was a 'ritual' they went through for each shoot for good luck ...
(this was part of an evening's shoot at John Adam Street)
